Draft policy
Privacy
This pre-launch draft describes the intended data posture. Fandom Event Finder collects only information needed to operate accounts, saved events, submissions, and basic privacy-conscious analytics.
Optional Google Analytics loads only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand page visits, searches and filters, map and list usage, event selections, ticket-link clicks, calendar downloads, saved and shared events, alert-preference conversions, and site performance. Fandom Event Finder does not send an entered email or precise location coordinates to Google Analytics, and advertising personalization signals are disabled in the site configuration.
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser. You can change it at any time using the analytics settings control below or in the footer.
Private-preview alert preferences, including the entered email, location, radius, and fandom choice, are stored only in that browser and are not transmitted or used to send email.
Submission contact emails remain private. We do not sell personal information. Authentication data is handled through Supabase Auth when connected.
A production policy must be reviewed and updated with the final company identity, domain, analytics configuration, and applicable legal requirements before public alert delivery or launch.
